Sale & Discounted Items

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Return Postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and Lucy-Mae Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use a courier or Postnet so that you are able to track the parcel.

Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding your exchange or refund please contact us

*Please Note: Items purchased through independent Lucy-Mae Jewellery Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.


Gift Voucher, Credit Notes and Coupon codes must be added at the checkout. If you are having trouble applying a code, please get in touch with us via email at


If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product please email us at with your order number and a photo of the product. No replacements will be made for any product mishandling.

Mishandling includes:

  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing & natural tarnishing

Please note that both manufacturing and mishandling replacements/repairs can take up to 4-6 weeks to be returned to the customer.


All Lucy-Mae products come with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects.

Products with any manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost.

What Items can be returned?

What Items are non-refundable?

  • Clearance, sale, and sample Items.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
  • Earrings or other jewellery that pierces the skin. 

I’ve changed my mind about the item I purchased. Can I return it?

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase and we will give you a voucher for the purchase amount of the returned item.

I received an item of Lucy-Mae Jewellery as a gift, but I don’t want it. Can I return it?

Gift items cannot be returned for monetary refunds. We will give you a voucher for the purchase amount at the time of purchase for the returned item.

I forgot to use my coupon code at checkout and already made the payment, can I get a refund for the amount of the coupon code?

Unfortunately orders cannot be discounted after a payment has been processed.
